Supervising Engineer is required for the work undertaken to perform the following activities:

Supervision of works will consist of supervision in accordance with the design, according to the Law on Physical Planning and Construction, and control of fulfillment of contractual obligations of the contractor to the investor and take appropriate measures for the implementation of these commitments.

Professional supervision refers to the complete works:

  • earthworks
  • reinforced concrete work
  • construction-craft works
    • Installation work (such as allocating supervisory engineer for Electrical and mechanical installations Supervising Engineer)

Performing quality control over the execution of the above works to be carried by all in accordance with: the Law on Physical Planning and Building Act, the Croatian Chamber of Architects and Engineers, and the Statute of the Croatian Chamber of Architects and Engineers, applicable laws, rules and Croatian standards, project documentation, and the rules and regulations of the profession

In addition to legal obligations, content monitoring service includes checking:

  • spending by purpose, pace and height (surveying, construction books, the situation, the price difference, contingency, and subsequent works)
  • maintain the agreed deadlines
  • Quality of work (visual inspection, review of documentation that proves the quality of the contractor)
  • construction of the administrative documents and project to the interpretation of possible ambiguities in the project and address details
  • other (control data entry in a log building, Officer situation, various reports and analysis, arranging construction site documentation for administrative procedures and making proper reports)
  • regular control and certification of monthly situation and ended the situation to the contractor

The above service includes all the activities tied to the work of expert committees, participation in technical review and acceptance to the investor. The service includes coordination of supervising engineers, installation works.

Without the consent of the Client Services Contractor will allow inspection of additional work, and create additional financial obligations to the Client during construction.
